Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use Crewcial’s website or purchase our AI systems, automation, reporting and marketing services.
Acceptance and agreement
By using our website or purchasing services, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
A signed proposal or statement of work defines your project scope, deliverables, fees and schedule. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
Our services
Crewcial is an AI marketing agency providing custom AI systems, automation, reporting and related marketing services as one-time projects and monthly retainers. We only provide the work described in your agreed scope.
Timelines depend on timely access, feedback and third-party availability. Scope changes, extra revisions and ongoing support outside the agreement require written approval and may incur additional fees. We do not guarantee particular revenue, rankings, leads or business outcomes.
Client responsibilities
Provide accurate information, timely feedback and a designated decision-maker.
Supply lawful access to systems and materials, and keep account credentials secure.
Ensure you have rights and permissions for data, content and instructions you provide.
Review and approve deliverables, AI outputs and automated workflows before live use, and maintain appropriate human oversight.
Payments for projects and retainers
Project deposits, milestones and final balances are due as stated in your proposal or invoice. Monthly retainers are billed in advance for the agreed service period unless we agree otherwise in writing. Taxes and approved third-party costs are additional where applicable.
Tell us promptly if you dispute an invoice. We may pause work after notifying you of overdue payments. Pauses may affect delivery dates. Third-party subscriptions remain your responsibility unless included in the scope. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Intellectual property and deliverables
You keep ownership of materials and data you provide. Once all related fees are paid, you own the bespoke final deliverables identified for transfer in your agreement, subject to third-party rights.
Crewcial retains its pre-existing tools, reusable methods, templates, know-how and underlying frameworks. Where these are embedded in paid deliverables, we grant you a non-exclusive licence to use them as needed for the agreed business purpose. Third-party software, open-source materials and AI outputs may carry their own terms. Source code, editable files and ongoing hosting are included only if specified.
AI-generated content and automation
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or similar to other content. They may not be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection. You must check accuracy, permissions, suitability and legal requirements before relying on or publishing them.
Our services do not replace legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. Automated systems depend on external platforms and may need monitoring, testing and maintenance. Do not use them for unsafe or unlawful decisions.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect non-public business information received from the other, use it only for the engagement and share it only with people or service providers who need access and are subject to appropriate confidentiality duties.
This does not cover information already public, independently developed or lawfully received elsewhere. Disclosure required by law is permitted, with notice where lawful. We will not publicly identify your confidential project or use your confidential data as a case study without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities or loss caused by third-party platform changes outside its reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, Crewcial’s total liability relating to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud or intentional misconduct. Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement for a material breach if it is not remedied within a reasonable period after written notice. We may immediately suspend unlawful use or use that creates a serious security risk.
You may cancel a monthly retainer with 30 days’ written notice. Fees remain payable during the notice period. On termination, you must pay for completed work and approved non-cancellable commitments; we will arrange handover of paid deliverables and discuss access removal. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and change the Last Updated date. Material changes to an existing signed engagement require agreement or notice as permitted by that agreement. Review the current version before ordering new services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law / country], subject to mandatory rights and courts available under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute in good faith.
